The Generalate of the Cellitine Augustinian Sisters is headquartered at Severin Strasse, Cologne, Germany, which serves as our Mother House. Currently, we have one Province and two Regions. Our presence extends to six communities in Germany and one community in Belgium, all united under the Generalate's guidance.

Augustine Nivas serves as the Provincial House of the Cellitine Augustinian Sisters in India. The foundation stone for this house was laid in 1975, and it is located on Thaverekere Main Road, Bangalore-95. Initially, when the Indian mission was elevated to a Region on November 19, 1981, Augustine Nivas functioned as the Regional House. Later, on November 19, 1994, it was elevated to a Province. Today, the Province comprises two Regions.

A significant milestone was achieved on November 19, 2005, when Kerala was elevated to a Region, designated as the Marian Region. Located in North Aduvassery, Ernakulam, the Regional House stands as a beacon of faith and service. Marian Region functions as a dependent entity of the Province, seeking guidance and support from it in all administrative, spiritual, and operational matters. It comprises 10 thriving communities in Kerala, dedicated to nurturing spiritual life and serving the community with compassion and love.

The establishment of the Monica Region on April 24, 2010, was a momentous occasion, as our mission in Madhya Pradesh was elevated to a Region, with its headquarters situated in the heart of Sukhliya, Indore. Encompassing nine thriving communities, the Monica Region is a beacon of hope and service, dedicated to touching the lives of people across the region. As a dependent region, it works in close collaboration with the Province, drawing on its wealth of experience, resources, and guidance to achieve its goals and make a lasting difference in the community.
